Best EDC Pocket Organizers
This article takes a look at the best EDC pocket organizers currently available.
There’s no doubt that a low cost EDC pocket organiser saves you from a lot of hassle trying to find your every day carry items.
Instead of having your flashlight, EDC knife, multi tool, pen and USB charging lead scattered in the 4 corners of your house, an EDC organiser brings them all together into a small, neat and compact pouch.
A quality pocket organizer doesn’t have to cost a fortune either as you’ll see from my comprehensive review of these 5 organizers below.

IronSeals Mini Tactical Molle EDC Compact Pocket Organizer
The IronSeals is a small EDC pouch measuring in at just 4.5in x 6.5in. That said it does have fair amount of room to carry all your EDC gear.
The front of the pouch has a elasticated net cargo pocket, above which there’s a velcro morale patch.
At the back of the pouch, Molle webbing straps allow you to attach to other Molle items.

A final look at the pouch, you’ll notice a carry strap, plus 2 zippers with paracord pulls. Material is 1000D nylon which is very durable, lightweight and water resistant.
Summary
This pouch stands up to heavy use with ease. The 1000D material will take a soaking when your caught outdoors in heavy rain.
The pouch fits well inside an average size cargo pocket and does the job of keeping all your EDC in place.

Maxpedition Gear Beefy Pocket Organizer
The Beefy is the largest of the Maxpedition’s [1] pocket organziers. This pouch has a lot of carrying space for even the biggest EDC flashlights and knives.
Overall size is 6.25-Inch (L) x 8.75-Inch (H) x 2.5-Inch (W), so its fair to say this isn’t really a pocket organiser in the true sense. In terms of width it will easily expand to around 4 inches.
There is a 2 inch morale patch velcro at the front, along with a net cargo pocket. At the top is a box weave handle to carry the pouch or hang it from a tree.
At the back you’ll find some nice heavy duty Molle straps.
Pouch Layout
This is another clamshell design. On one side there’s a load of elastic straps for bug spray, knives, multi tools etc. At the back is a large sleeve pocket for a 1st aid kit perhaps or an iPhone.
The pouch has a plastic D ring to attach a keyring.
The other side of the clamshell is a zipper compartment for large items such as a poncho.
The straps on the right hand side are vertically arranged and accept the largest of EDC tools.
Summary
This is an amazing product for throwing into the trunk of your car or maybe a daysack, backpack etc.
If your looking for a true pocket EDC pouch then I’d suggest looking at the Maxpedition Mini instead.

Condor Pocket Pouch/US Patch
The Condor is a true pocket EDC pouch. Dimensions are 7.25″H x 5″W x 1.5″D.
The pouch comes with an American flag morale patch on the outside. Beneath which is an elasticated mesh pocket.
At the back are a couple of straps for Molle webbing.
The Condor comes in 3 collars, black, brown and olive drab.
2 Heavy duty zippers with paracord pulls keep the pouch securely closed.
Pouch Layout
The left side houses 5 elasticated straps for pens and other small diameter items. At the back is a full length sleeve pocket for an iPhone or small notepad.
The righthand side has a velcro clear sleeve for maps. Underneath the map sleeve are 2 small narrow pockets ideal for flashlights or multi tools.
Finally, the inside has 2 elasticated lanyards for attaching a keyring or money capsule.
Summary
This is a very basic EDC pouch. There’s not a great deal of storage space. I’d suggest the Condor for carrying just essential items.
Overall it’s a nice pouch, but I’d like to have seen larger straps on the left handside for holding items such as a Leatherman.

Savior Equipment Tactical Multi-Purpose EDC Admin Pouch
Ok, this is not strictly speaking a pocket EDC pouch as such. However it may just be worth spending a minute taking a look over.
This pouch has several velcro straps either side to ensure the pouch stays closed. There’s some really nice heavy duty Molle on the front.
At the rear of the pouch has 4 detachable velcro Molle straps that allow you to attach the pouch to a rucksack or even a chest strap and tactical vest.
The bag has 2 heavy duty zips with paracord pulls, finished off with durable plastic cord ends.
There’s 2 D rings, one either end for attaching a shoulder strap, if you wish to use the pouch as a “man bag”.
Overall, the 600D PVC material, the double stitching of the Molle and the heavy duty zippers give this pouch a nice high quality feel.
Pouch Layout
There’s 2 full length pockets inside, ones a zipper, the 2nd one uses velcro.
The straps are in 2 sizes, the smaller of the 2 is ideal for pens. The larger straps underneath will take something like a Leatherman multitool with ease.
The plastic map holder is removable from the velcro patch. which in turn can be used to hold a morale patch if desired.
The spine of the pouch has 2 elasticated straps that are ideal for a bigger item such as a flashlight.
Summary
Out of all the pouches reviewed here, this is my personal favourite. I’ve had mine for some months now and I can’t see any problems with it so far.
The material is very rugged and durable and the zips are extremely unlikely to fail. Overall the Savior EDC pouch is a great choice every day carry., although it’s not designed to fit inside a pocket.

Bastex Universal Multipurpose Tactical Pouch
The Bastex Tactical pouch is more designed around the carrying of a smartphone and other general everyday items such as pens and USB chargers. It’s not really aimed at the”hardcore” EDC types.
The pouch has 2 zipper compartments. The pouch is made from 1000D nylon which is water resistant.
It comes in a range of colors from camo to orange and army green.
On the outside you’ll find a sleeve for a smartphone, a pen holder and various loops for carabiners. At the back are the standard Molle system style straps.
Summary
If your looking for a general pouch organizer then the Bastex makes a good choice.
The Molle straps are not the highest qaulity with only single stitching and the inside layout is more a throw in and hope to find kind of design compared to the other pouches in this review.
